For the Independence of RIFLAND
This congress will be an opportunity for all rifians to take their historical responsibility for the RIF independence and recover their usurped dignity, so that the movement called all rifians free to attend the congress dedicated to the Independence Day of the 1st RIF Republic, and contribute to strengthening the organizational structure and the grassroots as a prelude to other steps.

El Congreso será una oportunidad para que todos los rifinos tomar su responsabilidad histórica por la independencia RIF y recuperar su dignidad usurpado, por eso el movimiento llama a todos los rifinos libres para asistir a la conferencia dedicada al Día de la Independencia de la primera República del RIF, y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la estructura organizativa y las bases como el preludio de otros pasos.
